The artwork for new West Park Hospital was commissioned by Bussey & Armstrong working with Commissions North and Darlington Borough Council. The text by Lead Artist, poet, W.N. Herbert with themes based on the simple motifs of sun, apple and egg, was screenprinted on glass and paper, and takes you on a reflective journey around the Hospital.
